Radiesse® is a soft tissue filler, composed of calcium hydroxylapatite. With miminal discomfort, it is placed in the deep dermal layer typically to fill out wrinkles around the mouth, known as nasolabial folds and the marionette lines. It can also be placed in other areas including the malar area, prejowl sulcus, and chin. For certain patients, cheek augmentation can be performed. The affects typically last 12-18 months, but results may vary. |
